Henan listed company acquires across industries

From Dahe Caulifang: On June 11, Henan Carve Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: Carve Technology) released an announcement that it plans to advance preparations for acquiring no less than 51% equity in Dongguan Qinding Hardware Products Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Xingding Hardware Products Co., Ltd.

Carve Technology noted that fueled by the booming development of global computing power centers, artificial intelligence and other related industries, the target companies have seen a sharp surge in order volume from their clients. This acquisition will support the Company in expanding its international footprint and attracting more overseas customers, while further strengthening its presence in the data center sector and entering the liquid cooling thermal management market. Upon completion of this transaction, the Company will cultivate new profit drivers on top of its existing businesses and build its second growth curve.

The two target companies’ business scope covers manufacturing of hardware and plastic products, production of computer software, hardware and peripheral equipment, manufacturing of electronic components, as well as import and export of goods.

The aforesaid transaction is still under preliminary planning, and the total transaction consideration has not been finalized.

Carve Technology is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and sales of precision electronic cable connection assemblies. Registered in Shenqiu County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, its products are widely used in security equipment, communication devices, consumer electronics and other fields. At the close of trading on June 11, Carve Technology’s share price climbed 2.28% to RMB 89 per share, representing a total market capitalization of RMB 8.5 billion.
